Terms and Conditions

1. Making a Purchase
You become legally bound by these terms and conditions when you purchase from Rosemary Manners and tick the box that says 'I understand and accept the Terms and Conditions'. Please do not complete your purchase until you have understood and accepted these terms and conditions. If you have any queries, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

2. Prices
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% . All orders will carry a posting and package fee see under delivery policy.

Refunds and Exchanges
3. Product refunds
All products have an expiry date and are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a product is faulty we are happy to replace it.

4. Items lost in the post
We accept no responsibility for items lost in shipment. We guarantee that we will address the package as you tell us and hand it over in good faith to Australian Post

5. Exchange of products.
Products can only be exchanged if they are faulty and must be returned to us for exchange within 5 days of purchase. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct item.

6. Product Delivery
Rosemary Manners accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or delay as a result of using Australia Post. Postal Insurance and registered delivery is available in the postage section.

7. Rosemary Manners liability
Rosemary Manners has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any experience provider or third party. Rosemary Manners has no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any experience provider or third party. Where Rosemary Manners’s liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the Gift Voucher purchased.

8. Availability of product
Most product we have in store and can be posted straight away Monday to Friday. If a product is out of stock we'll ring or email you with expected time frame for delivery.

9. Experience Providers and your contact details
You are responsible for ensuring that you enter your email address and other contact details correctly when booking with Rosemary Manners online. If you do not enter details correctly, the email confirmation of your experience may be lost or delivered incorrectly and you may end up forfeiting your voucher (subject to the experience provider's terms and conditions).

10. Canceling order.
You may incur an administration fee if you cancel after ordering the products. Once order has been shipped there is no cancellation allowed.

11. Insurance
Rosemary Manners makes no guarantees (unless stipulated) about the efficacy of the products. It is your responsibility to learn about health and make good health decisions.

12. Descriptions of products
The Rosemary Manners Website describes products according to information provided by suppliers. We try to ensure that the information is accurate and current, but the content of some experiences may change slightly without notice.

13. Photographs and Illustrations on the Rosemary Manners website
The photographs used on our website are supplied by experience providers and are used as an indication of your experience only.

The text, photographs and illustrations used by Rosemary Manners are protected by copyright and must not be copied without the express permission of Rosemary Manners.
